How Popular Electronics handles UAE delivery, pickup, courier tracking, delivery charges, quotation/PI deliveries, service-device logistics, and damaged or missing parcels.
We primarily deliver within the UAE. Processing begins after the order is accepted and, where required, payment, advance payment, quotation/PI approval, final quantity approval or stock confirmation is completed.
Ready-stock UAE city delivery is commonly 1-3 working days after confirmation. Remote-area delivery is commonly 3-5 working days. Quotation, PI, imported, supplier, backorder, service and project items follow the stated/agreed lead time.
Standard UAE delivery is free on orders of AED 250 and above. Below that a flat delivery fee of AED 27 is added at checkout.
Delivery, COD, remote-area, re-delivery, address-change, failed-delivery, special packing, insurance, export, customs, bank/payment, service pickup or courier return charges may apply only where shown, announced, agreed or caused by incorrect/unavailable customer information.
Where available, courier name, tracking number, tracking URL or status update may be shared by email, phone, customer portal, order page, SMS/WhatsApp where used or customer service. Ensure an authorized person can receive, inspect and sign/confirm delivery.
For damaged, tampered, missing, incorrect, incomplete or not-as-described items, contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 24 hours with photos/video of the parcel, label, packaging, product, serial number, accessories and invoice/order reference.
